So uhh i'm a student on weekdays i sleep at like 12-12:30am and wake up at 7am, so I'm getting around 6-6 and a half hours of sleep. On weekdays, my body feels physically slow and low of energy and when i try to play osu streaming is difficult and my fingers feel heavy. On weekends, I feel like I have a lot of energy (I get 8-9 hours of sleep on weekends) and when i go to play osu everything just feels right. Now, could the issue here really be just lack of 1-2 hours of sleep? Does really only 1-2 hours of sleep affect my performance that much? Please someone answer me.

Focus matters a lot in osu. Personally i feel like i play worse after i study because I've drained my focus on studying.

Maybe take a short afternoon nap so that you regenerate your focus to play osu

I agree with Lucky.
You are already focused on other things that had already happened during the day, including the studies. Sometimes it can just be tiring when you are not focused to just one thing.
Though on the other hand, it is important to at least get an extra hour of a night's rest in your case. It is always good to get nice rest for just about anything.

Everything has been said above but yeah. Sleep more and be consistent with your sleep schedule and how long you sleep. It'll benefit you not just in osu, but in life as well.

Maybe it's because you hate school as much as I do...
It's also based on the mood you get.
I am 100% based on my mood. If I'm happy, I'll do well!
If I'm frustrated, I always choke or get bad acc.!
If u procrastinate then it'll basically be impossible for you to set out a good score, just because of the sheer amount dumpster fire performances on the tests you got...
Although my mood has been set to neutral just because I want to drop out and move on...
