Problem details: I have two monitors in my Pc and I want to open the game in the other one that is right now, how can I do it

Switch to windowed mode, drag the game over to your other monitor, then switch back to fullscreen.

The game should remember which monitor you were using previously the next time you open it. If it doesn't, you can edit the "osu!.<pcname>.cfg" file in your osu! folder and switch the "Display" line to 2.
