Problem details:
AMD Driver Overlay works really bad with fullscreen mode on stable causing black frames on start of the map, sometimes Windows key sounds while playing, offscreen cursor etc. If you press Alt+R overlay will open as separate window. Osu can also crash if you try to livestream game through OBS while overlay is activated in driver settings.(Cursor freezes and if you try to Alt+Tab and go to osu window again it crashes; I was using AMD H.264 for capture)
Only solution I found is turning off overlay.
Since I turned off overlay I didn't tried streaming osu!. So im not sure if streaming game through AMD H.264 causing any issues or not.
AMD Drivers I tested: Adrenalin 22.11.2 and Adrenalin 23.2.2
GPU: RX 580 8GB
