Problem details:
Brand new pc, downloaded osu! and first thing i see in the settings when i was putting everything together problems with fps. Shows that its 60/280, with latency of 17ms. It didn't go down when im playing either. Drivers are the latest I checked. GPU Amd rx 6650 xt.Driver Version 22.40.33.01-230217a-388646C-AMD-Software-Adrenalin-Edition.
