I'm new to mapping, currently trying to map this song

but can't really figure out the timing
Is this timing and the method bad?

It seems like many uninherited timing points in a map aren't that common, so I'm worried if it's bad.
I'm sure it's shit

If it is, can anyone tell me the what the correct bpm and offsets are

BPM is about 198 (try 197.9)
Offset can vary, but try 1060

The approach you did is not too bad, the BPM is wrong though, and that's why you ended up with so many timing points.

Try this timing:

1086,303.030303030303,4,1,0,71,1,0
30250.0126591725,303.030303030303,4,1,0,71,1,0

(copy the above numbers and paste them into your Timing and Control Points panel)
