So i bet all of you are familiar with Nvidia Optimus. For those who don't know well basically it's a software that bridges your Dedicated GPU to your Integrated GPU, and that "bridge" basically somehow decrease the dedicated GPU performance. When you run Osu, somehow the game can't fully detect your Dedicated GPU resulting on FPS drops and input delay, in my case before the fix, i could only hit 288 FPS and 3.0ms which was slow. So anyway disabling your Dedicated GPU from running the game actually boost Osu FPS by a mile
So here are two possible way to fix your FPS and input delay
Method 1(main)
1. open Windows Graphic settings (Just type "Graphic Settings" in windows search)
2. Locate Osu
3. Choose options
4. Then select Power Saving
this method basically disables your Dedicated GPU and somehow it boosts your fps and decrease input delay, yes there will be fps drops in the main menu but once you play a map, it drastically boost everything
Method 2(not recommended)
1. Open Device Manager
2. Click on "Display Adapters"
3. Locate your dedicated GPU (in my case it's RTX 2070)
4. Right click and choose disable
this method is not recommended cause in some cases it f***** up your laptop but in my case it doesn't, if it doesn't, then once you finish playing osu, you can reenable the GPU again just by right click the GPU and choose "Enable"
After the fix, i got around 900+ FPS and 1.2-2 ms input delay
feel free to ask question or if anyone have any better method then you can reply
