Problem details:
my Fps is stuck at 60/1000 and 17ms delay and it's making the game unplayable
I've tried
Disabling vsync in both nvidia control panel and osu!
Reset all my nvidia drivers and reinstalled them
updated drivers
Reinstalled Osu!
Repaired Osu!
What Do I do?
