Need Help Finding a Certain Element of a Skin.

I was looking for a good new skin and i came across Whitecats skin release video posted about a year ago.

The miss sound at 2:02 doesn't seem to be in the skins from the download folder, and i really want to use it.

That doesn't seem to be the same sound as in the video where i specified.

The video sounds like "something powering down"
The one you sent sounds like "multiple notes being played"

Im not sure if its available, but thanks again for you time.
