I want to improve my aim with jump maps like Sunglow or Tsukinami, but I find myself getting bored at the middle of them and quit. How do you guys enjoy jumps and do you have any good jump maps?

well it's a bit hard to say how i enjoy something, and jump maps aren't really my favourite type of map either, but Reform's jump maps are definitely on the better side imo (although their tech maps are goated). jump maps are pretty common though, so search for some songs you like or songs in your preferred genre and there's a good chance that a few of them would be a jump map

Uhh some people just enjoy it and some not. Not everyone loves the same thing. Just dont play if you dont have fun.

It's pretty hard to enjoy something you don't. Maybe put on a song you like with jumps, put on your favorite skin, and go with the flow?

For me, I just keep asking myself, hey, why did the mapper put a jump here? How does this pattern emphasize the song elements? The more I think, the more I understand the mapper, which brings me addicted to jumps.

I personally find jumps within my skill level to be boring, but when I'm playing something hard and I have to try to wave my mouse everywhere it's a little more fun to me.

You're not gonna find funny jumps in Sunglow, Union or Tsukinami, those maps aren't mapped to be fun, they're mapped to be easy with just 20 seconds of big jumps and 5 minutes of comfortable filler. Ithink avoid consistency farm maps if you are searching for interesting jumps

Try to find a jumpy map of a song that you enjoy

I personally enjoy maps that are more consistent in difficulty throughout the map (something like this), or older maps with DT, as I find common shapes and symmetrical patterns really fun to play (something like this or this)

Also as the guy above me has said, Sunglow and Tsukinami aren't the best jump maps to play and "enjoy", as they mostly consist of just comfy filler patterns throughout the map with few diff spikes. Try to play more different types of jump maps and see if you'll find anything enjoyable, as jump maps are very varied and it's not just stuff like Sunglow or Tsukinami.

When you like the song and the difficulty feels good to you. Not boring or too hard.

to learn jumps I pretty much just play maps that have both jumps and streams in them to learn and also have fun at the same time.

sometimes when im in a grind mode I just play pure jump maps like this: beatmapsets/784645#osu/2062915
