those 100%acc players got 965x combo but why my 96% acc can get a 966x?

You held long notes for a longer time, which may have led to releasing them too late (hence dropping a great). It's a common practice for new players.
long notes in a nutshell (Score V2 doesnt have this issue as they are counted as 1 single note instead of multiple when being held down)
Basically learn how to release notes on time consistently
