This problem happens when I try to use a picture as the background.
This is difficult to explain in text.See the attachment.
The area surrounded by the red rectangle cannot be covered by the picture.
I tried to use a bigger picture but the situation is still like that.
Or it is only my own probelm?

This is because at the moment, it will resize the picture to fit the screen (by stretch the *width*).

If you open the jpeg/png in any image editing program and make sure the ratio is 4:3, it will fill the whole screen.
ie. 640x480 or 320x240

This WILL be changed in a future version, I promise (along with adding pictures in the editor etc etc etc).
