How to get short-length fast sliders

I noticed several maps create this cool effect where the sliders feel fast despite being short (distance-wise) and it flows really well with the song. However, when I tried to recreate it, the sliders always end up being longer (distance-wise) than I want because the speed also means it covers more ground.

Any tips? Here's some songs that I've played that I felt have what I'm talking about:
Yakusoku (Cut Ver.) [Under the meteor] - beatmapsets/1266328#osu/2665692
Suisei ni Nareta nara [Hakusui3820's Hard] - beatmapsets/1215982#osu/2556680
Mahou Shoujo Chino [Insane] - beatmapsets/759331#osu/1746336
Sekai ga Cafe ni Nacchatta! [Insane] - beatmapsets/825460#osu/1730110

you can increase the sv with a greenline

1. move to the start of the section where you want the sv to be high
2. press f6
3. click on the green plus button
4. change the number on the sv input box thing
7. press ok
8. profit

I know that the speed can be changed using the editor, but I'm wondering how they were able to get that feeling of fastness with a short slider length

They don't.

If you inspect all the examples you gave, you can see only 1 out of 4 has more variable SV change. They only change SV each section or if there's any notable rhythm emphasis.

All you have to do is make nornal short sliders. That's it.
