The end credits song from Yume Nikki. it's not that much on its own, but after finishing the game and seeing the ending, it can evoke a sense of sorrow that got me to tear up like a baby.

Songs that made me cry are some Porter Robinson songs (Take Shelter and Goodbye to a World as the main example). Both of these songs are beautiful and kinda emotional, you should take a listen sometime.
