You should name it easy.. Normal is ok, since the spacing is prety large
I don't recall many fault; tough if you want it to be "Normal, add notes on almost every white and red tick. i just follow the rhythm from the bell thing, i think it's not need any extra notes or something
Also, try to make combo a bit longer, say 3-6. nah, i keep the combo under or 5
Also maybe slider tick goes to 2 instead of 1? it's sounds weird imo and not really needed

Hard
Why don't you put approach rate to 8-9? More suprising effect, you see. AR 8/9 is too fast for a hard diff

I won't tell every combo, but again, try to make longer combos, 5-7 nah, i follow the stanza and rhythm not really make combo above 5-7
00:14:164 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - This part is too similar from Normal, instead, put Many spread circles; Or iif you want, distance them to make it a bit more hard. yeah i'm aware of that, but the SV is change 0.2 so it's a bit harder than Normal
00:28:011 (1,2,3) - Spread? it's an anti jump, i make it on purpose, no need to spread out like the others
00:39:219 (1,2) - Big spread? it's an anti jump, i make it on purpose, no need to spread out like the others

Not very experienced, i just gave my opinion i guess. it's ok~

Pretty fine overall, but sometimes I guess the flow got lost a bit.. Let me give you some examples.

00:29:989 (1,2) - For example this one here, it has a really awkward flow, it's pretty tight and yeah, why not following the slider given? :O http://puu.sh/63MES.jpg something like this might give you some ideas..
00:42:846 (2,1) - Same goes to those two.


Hard

Pretty good to Play!

00:46:472 (1) - I would move this one a bit farther, because as you can see 00:45:484 (5,6) - this has the same spacing, but the time between it is much bigger! So space it a bit farther!
00:56:362 (6) - NC? I actually think that this 'bing' is the indicator for it, which goes with 00:57:022 (1) - .. so remove this NC
00:21:747 (3,4,5) - Spacing feels too low, I suggest you moving the whole Thing a bit to the top. http://puu.sh/63Mwc.jpg
00:32:296 (4,5,6) - Mh.. this triplet feels a bit awkward to Play, can you reduce the spacing between it a bit? This is very optinoal tho, if you like it, Keep it. (pretty personal Preference)

The map itself is nice, maybe you wanna take a look at some blanket stuff, to make it even neater.

Would be nice if you fix some stuff, you can call me back when you think it's ready!

00:26:692 (4) - perhaps you can stack this on (2) and adjust the shape like this? i feel that doing this would look neater and flow smoother to the song during gameplay.
00:57:022 (3,4) - align (3) to (1). i can see a triangular pattern in this if you do it. also make (4) look like (3) for that symmetric pattern. don't sorry about the next note. it doesn't have to follow the default DS. the code is in the box if you don't understand,

00:50:428 (2) - don't you think that the spacing is pretty big compared to the gap between (3,1)? try to keep it consistent here by using the same spacing as (3,1).

i'm gonna have to unrank this and wipeout all the scores. i realized that there were unused timing points, and unnecessary slider speeds in hard. this will be re-ranked ASAP.
