Changing the tempo/speed in the middle of a map

hello! :)

I've been experimenting with beatmap making and I wanted to put something into my beatmap (specifically osu!mania 4K) where the note speed slows down with the song in the middle of the map and then goes back to normal as I've seen it done on other maps, but I'm not sure how to do it myself..

much help from anyone is greatly appreciated! i am quite new to beatmapping aswell :o
