My ISP is also Unifi and I'm having the same issue as well. 1mb beatmap requires 4-5 minutes to download but other download speed works fine.

Could be relevant if everyone having issues is using the same provider. Has this not improved at all in the last week? Usually when this happens it seems to resolve itself after a few days.

it hasn't fix yet usually before this happened my download speed it around 10 - 20 mbps

I think the case has been resolve.It's back to normal download speed.
