Principal Information

• Second iteration of osu! Trigger Happy Havoc
• This is an international osu! standard tournament.
• Rank range is from 1.000 to 30.000. Rank buffer of 5 ranks (995 - 30005). You have to be inside the rank range by the end of registrations.
• All players MUST join the Discord server in order to play, and have their display name in the server be the same as their osu! username for the duration of the tournament.
• This tournament will use the following BWS formula: rank^(0.99201^(badges^(2))).
• 4v4, double elimination, teams of 8.
• All match times are in UTC.
• Players will sign up individually.
• The top 256 players based on BWS will be allowed to play.
• Participants will be divided into 8 different tiers: Tier 1 A, Tier 1 B, Tier 2 A, Tier 2 B, and so on until Tier 4 B. Each team will consist in 1 player from each tier.
• Tiers will be decided by the players ranks. BWS will also be used to decide tiers.
• Teams will be decided randomly with a spinning wheel after registrations ends and screening results are sent. It will be streamed on our twitch.
• After teams are decided, every team will have 5 days to decide a captain and a team name. Failure to submit a captain will result in the highest ranked player in the team being made captain by default. Failure to submit a team name will result in an assigned team name by the staff. Any NSFW or any kind of inappropiate team names will be changed.
• Team seeds will be decided by AVG rank.
• Grand finals will have a bracket reset if needed.
• Staff are NOT allowed to play, except for Commentators, streamers and gfx.
• Tournament banned players are NOT allowed to participate.

• Only 1 player per Tier number should be present when playing a map. (One Tier 1, One Tier 2, One Tier 3, One tier 4).
• Warmups should NOT exceed the 4 minute lenght.
• Matches will be played with SV2 and NF will be enforced.
• Double picking and banning is allowed.
• A referee will create a lobby and invite the captains of each team. The captains are responsible for inviting the rest of their team
• Teams have a 10 minute grace period to have at least 4 players inside the lobby. If a team fails to have enough players in the lobby to play the match after 10 minutes, they will lose by default.
• Once all players are in the lobby, captains will be asked to !roll. The winner of the roll may choose the pick order or ban order. The loser will determine the unchosen option.
• Teams will have 1 ban in RO32 and RO16, and then from Quarterfinals onwards teams will have 2 bans.
• Teams have 2 minutes to choose their bans. If they fail to do so, they will lose their ban.
• Teams will have 2 minutes to choose their picks. If they fail to do so, the pick will go right to the other team.
• Freemod rules: At least 1 player has to go HD, and at least 1 player has to go HR.
• Allowed mods include: HD, HR, FL, and EZ. EZ Multiplier is x1.75.
• Players will have the option to use a mod during the tie breakers. They won't be forced.
• In the event of a disconnection, the map can be replayed if the disconnect happened within the first 30 seconds of the map. A disconnected player's score can be used if proof can be provided (screenshot of end screen - up to referee's discretion). Each team is allowed one replay per match.
