Problem details:
Hi!
whenever I attempt something that goes to osu! webpage (i.e.: downloading beatmap in multiplayer match, opening profile page, or beatmap page, etc.), and the browser is already opened/minimized, it doesn't automatically show the browser in front of the screen rather than being blocked by osu! screen in not focus mode. I need to ALT+Tab twice to see the browser, which is quite irritating to me since it makes me doing more work to open webpage.
