Since 2 weeks, I have a lot of lag spikes when I play osu... It happens about every 1 to 2 minutes and I already tried everything on : wiki/en/Performance_troubleshooting (FPS are set to Optimal, I'm in fullscreen, my drivers are up to date and I also reinstalled the game :/) but I still have lag spikes.
I tried the compatibility mode, same problem. I tried to change my skin, same...
I looked at my processor on task manager and when a lag occurs, its usage goes from 35-40% to 60-70% (screenshoot below). Also, my CPU usage is not stable while I play osu as you can see...
I also tried to close Discord, MedalTV... I even tried to turn off my second monitor but lag spikes are still there...
My specs :
CPU : I5-9400F
GPU : RTX 3070 (for osu, yeah I know...)
RAM : 16Gb DDR4
I don't know what more I can do to solve my problem :/
