overall: i like it, but to me some parts sound off like the parts (like the saxophone parts) because it the song is more of a swing-style e.g. 1 a2 a3 a4 instead of 1&2&3&4.
i kinda fixed timing of some of the hitcircles, but the placement of the circles on it needs to be fixed.
vicky is spelt wrong on purpose because i didn't want it to overwrite the original difficulty.

Not that there's much that can be done now, but with the exception of the part where Timmy is talking (and possibly parts like [Vicky] 00:28:097 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - that do play a little better in 1/2) the song is definitely in 1/3. The eighth notes are swung, so if you are sticking to the music than there should be nothing on red ticks.
