I thought, this small guide might be helpful to some people, who do not understand japanese.

Recently i stumbled upon a problem of converting .bms files into audio files that can be used in osu.
I found this, bmx2wav converter, which can make .wav audio file from .bms or similar file.

1. Get your .zip folder with .bms file ready
2. Download converter from this link: http://childs.squares.net/program/bmx2wav/index.html
3. Open the bmx2wav.exe
4. Open the bns-type folder and find .bms file you want to convert and drag it into the application.
5. Click on the blue triangle in the hotbar above the grid.
6. Another window should appear and loading will start.
7. Once the loading is done, click on the "wav??????" button and select where your audio file will end up.

For people who wondered, the "wav?????" text occurs due to the program not being run into its target locale (Japanese). You can try run the program using locale emulators or set your PC's locale to Japan (former one is recommended).

Otherwise I just know that bmx2wav is already on the version 2 release!
