Creating a beatmap problem

Every time I put a MP3 file into osu it gives me an error message, then every time I open osu this comes up: https://prnt.sc/LE_v_ViGcvlt

Even though i have the entire mp3 file deleted this still comes up every single time.. its been weeks
what do i do lol

^ refer as above.

If the notification still persists, go to Options --> "Open osu! folder", then navigate to the Songs folder and delete anything that isn't a folder there, which is the audio file you've imported earlier, at the bottom.
