This is the keyboard that top players have. Wooting 60 he can stream 330 BPM, which is insane. Oh, and OWC is going too far because of wooting.

Pretty sure top players are using it now setting new pp plays so It's fine to use it.

It is not, it only makes it easier to tap faster and overall more convenient to tap on, you still need to put the effort to tap in order for it actually tap, just it's easier to tap faster due to the keyboard mechanism compared to your typical keyboard, there's nothing count as cheating about the keyboard.

It's only groudbreaking if you get good enough to use it. It's just another aspect of your skill that you need to practice in the end.

It will allow you some advantage if you could utilize it, it's not like the keyboard will automatically tap for you.

If you tap 250bpm on the wooting, then it will be registered as 250bpm in-game, it only help you to make it easier to tap, you still have to tap it, the tapping originate from your physical clicks, it doesn't magically add input, everything was done from the player, the keyboard only helps to make it easier and convenient for the player.

no it's not banned.

and I personally disagree that the wooting/rapid trigger hall effect switches are that ground breaking.

they are in theory better and faster, but imo you still need good finger control and speed to make use of it.

Back in the day people were arguing about whether using tablet for osu was cheating or not. A few players made it look so easy setting good scores with tablet that some of the mouse players got jealous and called it out. Of course mouse and tablet are different, but they are the same in the sense that they don't move the cursor for you. It's your fingers that determine the inputs. Same shit applies to the wooting board.

I bet that sometime in the future people will be arguing over the same thing again, but with a different input device/input feature.

the wooting can register double inputs per click if set up correctly, literally doubletapping with one key. If i used a macro which doubles my keypresses i would be banned. Hardware = no ban lul

Use of macros are and should be considered cheating. I was referring to the Rapid trigger feature.

he probably googled and got this to the top of the search results as no one discusses this. I apologize for saying this "cheating". Please don't let this be a drama.

I don't think nobody cares at this point.

Yeah, but that doesn't say anything about whether it's "cheating" (as in jokingly saying so) or cheating (as in actually cheating).

Remember one rule in osu!

"If you're uncertain of breaking against a rule, you probably already doing it"

I also think wooting isn't the right manner

Edit: didn't had remember the rule clearly as a sentence, therefore I edited it correctly

I do not see which of this points should break a rule, at least here in Germany. Here has everyone the right to do what he wants, if he isn't harming others interests.

But any case I misunderstood the rule and saw it as one frame, of course you aren't an idiot if you play with wooting, but if such questions like the Thread Starter is going to be opened, then it should may in the case Rule 4 to not be an idiot, when yourself clearly seeing as a cheat.

That's all, I think everything ever is been said in this thread, from many viewpoints.

Just get your own opinion of it, for me it isn't any case that I bough one
