Hey I'm very new to osu!, and I hear I'm supposed to use a tablet to play. I looked into it and there are so many options to chose from, size, sensitivity, accuracy, delay. What product would be the best for gameplay?

You definitly are not "supposed" or have to use a tablet. A mouse works just as good as a tablet.
