My wrist hurts, specifically my left hand(my tapping hand) and the left part bone. Any advice?

If your wrist hurts to the point that you post about it on the forums, you should probably take a break. If it keeps hurting for a really long period of time, maybe see a doctor. If it goes away after a while, you can probably keep playing. Be careful though, destroying your hands not only destroys your ability to play osu but your ability to do anything with your hands.

if it feels like your skin is burning and touching it hurts like hell you should visit a doctor, its probably a inflammation/tendonitis, it'll only get worse without treatment.

ps: I know it sounds like reddit advice, but once I fell on my knee, it hurted like hell but I ignored the pain for 2 months and later on discovered I had developed cronic tendonitis because of my negligence, take care my dude

Practice this a few times a day, make a ball with your fist then straighten your arm. Then carefully and slowly pull your fist downward to a comfortable level for 5-10 second intervals. Do the same thing inverted by straightening your fingers and carefully pull your hand back. Eventually you should reach maximum range of motion of the joint. This will allow for healthy blood flow to the strained area and reduce/eliminate stress related pains.

Also as an accessory, massage the space between your wrist joint, targeting the tendons that connect to your fingers.
