There is no request interval time limit, you can request as much as you want, and there is no limit on the number of requests per round.
Even though I open all keys now, my main key is still 4k, but you can submit other keys if you don't mind.

Rejection doesn't necessarily mean I don't like it, if there is a song that appeals to me but is rejected for some reason, I will hype.
