Quick question about Osu! scoreboard

On my scoreboard when I click a song I see a value that I dont know what means...

It's located under accuracy score on my scoreboard and in my case it says +259 428 on one song and just a "-" on others.

Error - number is how ms before you're pressing the note

If what you mean is those numbers on the right side then they're just differences in your scores. (or other people's scores if on global ranking)
In my example, my top score is 3,479,612 more than the second, which is 17,126 more than the third and so on.
