How about guilds that would consist of members that can choose a specific multiplayer mode called Guild Battle (1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4 etc.) where you could play to win and increase your Guild's rankings, so we would have Individual rankings and Guild rankings. How peppy would like to implement, (if he actually wants to) would be up to him, but something along the lines of a FPS Guild system would work pretty well.
