On a more serious note though, I hope the ship reward for the final map is a little bit more interesting this time around. The last few events have been a little...lack luster to say the least. I haven't really found any reason to complete any of them except for that medal badge thingy last event. Amagi is decent I guess even if she isn't useful for anything, but Nowaki from the Fall Event? Almost felt like there was no point in completing that one.
If you're gonna give out DDs as rewards, make them cute at least lol. I would also like some sick stats on those boats yo.
Well considering they nigh confirmed either Vittrio Veneto or Littorio/Italia I'd say yeah there's gonna be a good reward

in terms of resource preparation, do you think it's a good idea to mix in expedition 6 instead of 2 if i'm already at a good level of buckets? (currently over 300 and i don't plan on rushing the event, i'll probably be 350-400+ by the time the event hits)
especially considering the cv/l heavy event, having the extra baux could be crucial imo
also a helpful anon pointed out to me the other day, if you're a scrub like me who doesn't have an aa fire director yet, the maya kai quest line gives one and it's pretty easy to do

To be completely honest, bauxite has never been a concern for me, or any of my other friends, during events. You're probably better off grinding as much fuel and ammo as you can, and steel if you need it.
How much bauxite do you have? If you're really low, it may be a good idea, but if you're anywhere near the regen cap then that's almost certainly enough, I think.

i'm more or less even all around at 30-40k, so suppose it's not a concern then. i'm rarely concerned about ammo since i tend to go for fleet comps that are low consumption but i've been stocking on fuel as much as i can yeah

I have a feeling I'll go with just easy mode in this event.
I'd feel fine attempting medium but without any reppuus (I craft 20/20/10/90 everyday for dailies) or any good planes, I feel that'll be really hard.

Even if it's gonna be CV/CVL-heavy, the bauxite consumption isn't gonna be that ridiculous. I've been through AL/MI, the most bauxite-intensive event in history, and that only took about 20k when I was being a scrub with my airplanes. Don't stress on baux I would say. Fuel and Ammo are definitely bigger concernscaptin1 wrote:

how many reppu, suisei12a, ryusei(kai), saiun, and type2 recon you all have prepared?
mine's 11 reppu + 1 repuu(601), 7 suisei12a, 6 ryuusei + 2 kai, 5 saiun, 2 type2
