I assume you mean 10k as in 10 key song, currently osu!mania does not support anything above 8keys. There are couple 8key songs lurking around and a decent amount of 7k+1key songs. If you wish to try more keys there are other rhythm games out there that support different type of key structures.

Only ranked 8k I know of is http://osu.ppy.sh/s/87876 Xi - Akasha, I don't think there are many people who play 8k.
There are people who would play 8k if we had more 8k maps. Quite a few people who play Lunatic Rave 2, the Beatmania IIDX simulator, have also played some osu!mania. However, so far nobody is making 8k maps, so the LR2 players tend to play 7k.

You have to open the .osu in notepad and then you search for "CircleSize", and change it to 10.
