1.Whenif i'm not a supporter, i wanna see some element Hide just like the Country ranking, Global ranking (selected mod), and Friend ranking

2.When i'm on offline mode i wanna hide the public coment on replay watch

that's all :)

I think there's no need to do that, since it's not bothering you when you play a map.

Yeah on the gameplay, but i mean when people wanna change Local Ranking to Global Ranking some people maybe click/touch Country Ranking (because i'm use touch screen so i put touch thing :D)

but You-kun, you can still able to enjoy osu! Without that elements got deleted is it?
So we don't have to delete it.

you already can hide public comments click the button and you'll see
theres no real demand or need to hide the other tools especially since it reminds me I need to get supporter lol

Not delete, just hide it and when i'm gonna be supporter that's thing gonna be show again
