alter the super power that someone posted above ever so slightly.
for example;

- power to drink infinite water and stay infinitely hydrated -

- power to eat infinite food and never be hungry -

so i'll go first:

you acquire the power to teleport, but only within a 3 mile radius from where you are

you gain super speed and you can reach any destination within 50 miles of your location in 10 seconds, however, you will always end up within 30m of your destination.

you gain a remote-range instant-construction ability and you can renovate any destination within 50 miles of your location in 10 seconds, however, you will always end up within 30 meters of your destination.

you are able to teleport and create buildings and renovate any building within a 50 mile radius but the building is restricted for you to access for 48 hours
