what are the difference between MapPer's diff, Mapper x Mapper's diff, and diff feat. Mapper?

i see a lot of people uses a different terminology when explaining their 2 or 3-people-collab maps, but i find it confusing. the easiest example would be Lasse's Kakichoco - Zan'ei

is there any reasons behind those names or is it just a gimmicky names to make a difficulty sounds cool?

They're basically the same for me, it's just how they named it uniquely.

Diff feat mapper might mean that the feat mapper had a smaller contribution to the map but in the end its all preference
