From what I know, nowadays, when you download osu!, it gives you a (sort of) random list of beatmaps spanning all four modes from featured artists. However, when comparing my default beatmaps to my brother's, I noticed that there were some similarities between the choices.
Obviously I can't conclude anything yet, but I was wondering what maps you got as default (assuming beatmaps generated this way for you) so I can look for any patterns in the beatmaps you got. Here are mine (I joined April 2 2022):
