I use ocam as my screen recorder for osu, and recently I can't record with ocam anymore, and it says that 'cant find target recording area' any solutions to this or any alternatives screen recorder that does not have watermark and FPS limit and it is suitable for low end laptop?

OBS studio.
Not sure if it actually works on your end but I used to have no problem with the PC being 4GB of RAM and the CPU of Intel Pentium, which is also low-end.

Obs studio can't work on my laptop,

You could try recording at 30FPS instead if your PC cannot handle it

But it will limit my game FPS, like I mean I want to record while not losing FPS in my game
computers including your own are still real things that exist in our universe, unfortunately they do not perform magic or miracles or the likes. It is impossible to not lose frames while recording without having a very beefy computer (even then technically u drop frames, just barely or next to not noticable).
The best solution would to record ur screen with phone/camera, since it what you are asking for is physically impossible

If everything fails, if you're on Windows, just try pressing "Windows" + "Alt" +"R" keys altogether.
