So the other day I found out someone I know plays osu!. I want them to tell me their username but now its just turned into this game where I have to find it. Does anyone have anything I could use to find them?

well for starters I assume that means they are from Australia as well, you can use that I suppose
if this user happens to be a mapper, especially if they have ranked maps, that would make it a lot easier, particularly if you would know some songs they have mapped
other factors you could use are if you know which game mode they mainly play or if multiple, and how much pp or what specific cool scores they may have or something
you could also try doing guesswork with the name, maybe there's some network handle they typically use, aka if you know their discord or something, they could use same or similar name in osu
just about anything you know or that may have popped up in your discussions that could narrow it down

plant a pinhole camera in their hair and recover it the next day so you can see the footage of them playing osu (for legal reasons, don't actually do this)
