I still don't understand how to change my catch the beat character can someone explain how to do this in a simpler way?

Step 1: Right click image
Step 2: Go to your skin folder
Step 3: Save as or overwrite the current fruit ryuuta

Here's a quick one I made of Freddie (Mercury) from Cromartie High School. I used the bowl from the third post in this thread, hope the poster doesn't mind.
I almost have it but I think I still have some work to do. It's for a skin pack that I am working on at the moment.

You need to save the image as "fruit-ryuuta" without the quotation marks.

It can be either one Masamune and one Kojuro, or both Masamune and Kojuro under the same bowl, whichever works best.
I tried to do it myself but there wasn't a template or whatever for the bowl. Or so I think.
