Osu doesn't load the skin correctly

Osu won't load some old skins correctly i.e. selection mode,pause overlay,ranking panel,menu back and even mode selection will show the default one instead of the skins'. I tried reloading the skins but it didn't work. Checked if the files are corrupted but everything is fine.

Is it something wrong with the ini. file or is the skin outdated for the current version of osu?

Hi! Need you to answer these questions.

1.) Are those skin elements you mentioned contain HD elements only?

2.) What resolution are you playing with?

1) No they don't.

2) 16:9 resolution

3.) May I know if the name of the files that you suspect to be in default has the correct name?
Check Here

4.) Are they in a subfolder of the skin itself?
Meaning the files are in a folder created inside your skin folder?
