So I have a routine of exercising and working out. And on some days, I work my arms.
A day after working out my arms, my stamina in the game drops way faster because of the DOMS (Delayed-onset muscle soreness) I get and my habit of tensing on harder parts of a map.
Usually, my tensing doesn't worsen my performance, but with DOMS, it could really destroy my stamina on some maps.
Is there any way to fix the problem or lessen its impact? I appreciate the help.
