Problem details:
there is no downloading button
its from https://skins.osuck.net/index.php?newsid=1107

Going to need some more information. Where are you trying to download the skin from?

If it's from a forum thread on the osu! website, try posting in it to see if the skin creator can update the link or if anyone else can provide one.

If it's from a non-osu! website, please contact the creator of said website to update the link.

Click the Mega.nz, Mediafire.com, or Google Drive buttons along the top. But yeah as death said usually this isn't the place to ask for help on external sites that aren't associated with osu!. Hope that helps tho ^^
