Preview point not working

When i set the preview point and upload the map, the song doesn't play at all on google. Which means you can't listen to the preview in google. How do i fix this? I've had this problem with multiple maps.

The audio file in your beatmap is an AAC file with a .mp3 extension. That's why the preview is not working. You need to reencode the audio to mp3 mpeg
