Don't really know if this is the only one but the place that I live (Guernsey) doesn't have a flag icon, it's redirected to a supposed Guernsey flag 128 or whatever but the image is missing. I can't imagine that this is the only one for small places like here so if you guys have some spare time fixing this would be nice, don't forget about me. ;(
