So I didnt know it was possible but I got a 0% pass on beatmapsets/1736571#fruits/3561026
With Ht/Ez

Also you gain HP back from catching fruit in a spinner and that doesn't award any accuracy. So as long as the spinners are frequent enough you could regain lost health.
