Bumping, replicated.
Notes were placed whenever clicking at channel tabs. Yes it was uncomfortable whenever editing.

Confirming. This doesn't happen in the normal osu! editor.
is changing from compose to design/timing tab as long as still on the lane included? or different one?
Clicking on Design/Timing tabs doesn't seem to be affecting it. Only on the chat window if it is open.Rei Hakurei wrote:

I guess the fix for this is to disable the tools to function while it is open.

Notes are also placed when clicking on a user on the user list ( F9 ).
It doesn't happen at the osu! editor too. Only at mania.
There are notes below my friends list. The filter before was for country and I clicked on a user that time.
Edit: If the user list was opened ( F9 ), notes weren't placed when clicking on the chat window.

well, basically the mania editor is sensitive with clicks.
