I need someone to tell me the BPM and Offset of this song

According to a bpm website it tells me 117 bpm but I dont know if thats correct for sure. And about the offset, I have no idea at all. I would appreciate if someone may take a look. Im new to mapping so I have quite the difficulties relating to bpm, offset and timing.

offset depends on the audio file. can't tell based on the youtube link.

I think the bpm is around 176 +- a couple bpm though, from syncing a metronome to the song. the syncopated and halftime parts probably threw off the website.

BPM is 175

For the offset, it depends of the mp3 you have.
