there's nothing wrong with the video folder but when I run it on osu it begins to stop and repeat itself alot

What are the specs of your computer and which h264 profile did you use? Are you able to edit with a consistent fps like 240 or 120?

Im able to edit with a consistent fps, my specs are fine( i think ) and ive never had trouble playing beatmap videos before and its really just this video that sucks when i run it on osu,
Im unsure of the h265 profile and will look into it
