Pretty good. The problem is, This map needs more "Nazi". Some of objects are ugly.

i think those 1/4 ones in insane are randomly put and don't quite fit here.
i suggest you remap those 1/4 things.
00:29:02 (3,4,5) - i suggest add a circle at 00:29:683 and reshape
00:47:58 (5,6,7) - i suggest the slider 1/2 shortter, move those 2 1/4 note 1/2 backward, and add a circle at 00:48:330 and reshape
00:53:57 (4,5,6) - same to above (shorter, backward, add)
01:06:50 (6,7,8) - add a circle at 01:07:914
01:22:25 (7,8,9) - add circle at 01:19:908
