Can get to around half of that if you run a osu! cleaner type tool (deleting background videos and storyboards (and anything else you dont care about, for example per-map hitsounds and skins)). But yeah, should sit around 200 - 250GB without doing anything like that.
I'm assuming hoosier has all ranked maps for all game modes to get 350GB.
