hello, i'm a muslim from Philippines and i just want to ask if a muslim can play osu! while fasting, what i mean is seeing cultured stuffs and listening to the beatmap song, I can 100 dim and close my eyes a little when picking a beatmap lol but the real question is; can i play osu properly without sound on?

No, as long as you don't play any songs with explicit lyrics (you could check it on the website) that's what i believe, at least

I'm not a Muslim but you should check the etiquette during Ramadan guide and interpret on your own understanding, it would be a more helpful and trustable source than asking here

hold back your lust, you know anime tits should not make you up, just keep focusing on your fasting at ramadan. Imo it not breaking your fast, but could reducing the wisdom of fasting according to this

Not explicitly forbidden imo. You may play whenever you're feeling like it. However it is best to fill your Ramadhan up with more purposeful activities.
Kolmas
when in doubt, just don't do it

No my brother, for the most part music is haram unless the music is solely vocal and dosen't mention anything that's forbidden. Looking at "cultured stuffs" is also forbidden.
Even after Ramadan this still applies, however; during Ramadan (during your fast) sins occured are of a greater effect.
