DJMAX Online is back and i'm hype and now you can get hype too! This is a guide (with pictures) on how to register/download/navigate in-gamecredits to Milk Chan for the guide

That's it! When you login to DJMAX you will use the nickname and password you chose here. When you login the game for the first time, a popup will ask you to create an in-game nickname and for your age and gender.
Downloading:
If you have a sows account I put up a torrent there which will probably be the fastest way to download. Alternately, this is the link to the standard dl site

The 1.72 GB file is the one you will need obviously. I'm not sure if you need the patch file as well but I got it just to be safe. When you extract the main file extract the patch file to the same folder and overwrite the exe.

I didn't know this at first and chose high speed which prompted me to make a (free) account. You don't have to but the chances of your download disconnecting in the middle of it are greater and your speeds will be slower if you don't, so I recommend you make an account here

Choose the second tab. No confirmation is needed (it's scary easy to register for these sites compared to other chinese or korean places haha)

You'll be automatically logged in and you can go back to the dl page. Selecting High speed now will download their client and your download will go through that. My download took about an hour which is really fast if you've ever dealt with chinese downloads as a foreigner before.
That's it! Launch the game and you're good to go.
In-game:
If you've never played DJMO before the menu is likely going to be very confusing since it's all in chinese. There are a lot of buttons but only a few you really need to know

All are pretty self-explanatory. One thing to note is when equipping an item you want to double click it. Don't click it and click the big button at the bottom because that will sell it.
As for room select the various modes are:
Free- Single player
Ranking- 3 stage arcade style play that ranks your total score on the website
Course- Mission mode. Pay Max Points to play courses with specific goals/modifiers and get special items/exp bonuses/max bonuses in return.
DJ Battle- Online multilayer. Unlike Trilogy this mode is either 2v2/3v3 team play or up to 6 player free for all. There is Score battle which is just regular play and Item battle where you get items to attack other players with. To attack a player you hit the number key to the corresponding number player that are listed as.

You can limit song choices to any difficulty or keep it as Free for all difficulties. Unlike Trilogy the room master does not rotate depending on if they lose or not.
Also ignore the gold option because it's irrelevent here. In the original DJMO some songs cost credits (real money) to play and there was an option to make your game lobby a Free room or Premium room.
That's all for now. I will try to get a couple more guides up later, particularly how to add friends and a Disc collection guide (if you played portable/trilogy, special discs that require specific scores also exist in this game, but are much easier to obtain).
